History of the faculty of physical culture and sports
In Chimkent pedagogical Institute, the specialty "physical education" was opened in the 1966-1967 academic year. For the first time, 25 students were accepted.
In the 1970-1971 academic year, the specialty " Physical culture "was established as the faculty of "Physical culture". The Dean of the faculty was I. O. Fedosov.
In 1973-1982, the Dean of the faculty of "Physical culture" was a senior teacher, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan M. B. Saparbayev.
In 1982-1987, the faculty was headed by a judge of the international category, senior lecturer S. Vinichenko, in 1987-1990-Ph. D., associate Professor O. A. Ayashev. The faculty of physical culture became a part of the newly opened Shymkent pedagogical Institute of physical culture on January 1, 1991. Over the years, the faculty has achieved many successes. Shymkent pedagogical Institute for sports and research work takes the third place in the training of sports specialists in the Republic and on the results of various sports competitions. Especially students of the faculty occupy leading positions in the Republic in such sports as Greco-Roman wrestling, gymnastics, Cycling, athletics.
In particular, the coach in Greco-Roman wrestling senior teacher, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, master of sports M. B. Saparbayev constantly took the first team place at the student Universiade and trained more than 40 masters of sports of the USSR. The first master of sports A. Izbaskanov became the champion in the all-Union student tournament in the Belarusian city of Gomel, the second place was taken by V. Khromov, the third place-V. Petasyuk. In addition, the faculty had such students as S. Kuanyshev, Z. Tuleutaev, A. Israelov, V. Koshelev, S. Torgautov, D. Tlemisov and master of sports of international class, 4 times won the world Cup, European champion, USSR, Honorary citizen of Shymkent B. deciev. Subsequently, during the work of the coach, S. Kuanyshov, B. Khromov, B. Potlov, V. Koshelev, M. G. Huseynov, A. Ershov were awarded the honorary title of honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Students in Cycling won the first place in the Republic of any team. Masters of sports in Cycling Reutov N., Shmelev B., Troshkin A., Khustov A., Yakovenko I. took first place at the all-Union tournament of students.
The national team of the Institute in gymnastics took second place in the student competitions of masters of sports of the USSR L. Nesmeyanov, S. Asylbekov, V. yegoshina, T. Gorbushina, V. Shcherbakov. In athletics, the national team of the Institute has achieved significant success in competitions among students. The team had many talented athletes. They are in the 100-meter race A. Panchenko, R. Karimov, T. Chernova, S. Starovoitova in the long jump M. Gannota, master of sports in long jump N. Bryukhanchikov, in the 800-meter race S. Famin, R. Gorina, in the 5000-10000-meter race R. Almetov. These are athletes who at different times became Champions of the Republic.
The faculty has achieved success in other sports: wrestling O. Ayashev, E. Irispanov, I. Tuleyev, Yu. Tairov, Boxing T. Ermekbaev, A. Askarov, S. Konakbaev, gymnastics V. Chubarov.
Graduates of the sports faculty for their contribution to the education of young people were awarded the title of honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan. A. Askarov (Boxing), M. Gennata (athletics). V. shaibakov (gymnastics), S. Kolbaev (Boxing), E. Anastasas (hand ball). He also held senior positions in specialized sports schools in the city and region. For example, the Director of the regional school of gymnastics, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan V. shaibakov, Director of the school of athletics V. Kravchenko, Director of the sports school.B. Sattarhanova, Ph. D., associate Professor, honored coach of Kazakhstan S. Kulbayev, Director of a special sports school (Boxing, national games), honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ph. D., associate Professor T. Poshimov.
We can proudly say that the work of a graduate of the faculty of physical education, Deputy of the Majilis Of the Parliament of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor O. A. Ayashev.
It should be noted that the academician of the International Academy of pedagogy, doctor of pedagogical Sciences, Professor, honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, I. O. saparbayeva made a great contribution to the development and prosperity of the faculty of physical education (in 1996 he died prematurely).
August 23, 2001 on the basis of the Shymkent Department of the Moscow state technical University.Yasavi was opened the Department of "Sport". The head of the Department was appointed Ph. D., associate Professor M. T. Temirkhanov. The Department "Sport" has trained specialists in two specialties::
031140 - " Physical culture and sport"»;
031240 - "Initial military training and physical culture".
In 2004, 54 graduates graduated from this specialty.
By the decision of the Senate Of the international Kazakh-Turkish University.a. Yasavi in Chimkent Institute on November 2, 2004 was opened the faculty of "Sport", the Dean of the faculty was appointed Ph. D., acting associate Professor Temirkhanov. There were 3 departments at the faculty:
1. Department of "sports disciplines". Head of the Department-Ph. D., senior lecturer N. B. Shegenbaev.
2. Department of "Anatomy, physiology and initial military training". Head of the Department-Ph. D., acting associate Professor Naizabekov.
3. Department of "Physical culture". Head of the Department-senior lecturer M. K. Mambetov.
In July 2008, the decision of the Ministry of education and science of the Republic of Kazakhstan established an Academic innovation University on the basis of The international Kazakh-Turkish University.a. Yasavi. The faculty of sports was expanded as the faculty of sports and psychology. The faculty was headed by honored coach of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Honorary sports figure of the Republic of Kazakhstan, winner of the VII-th international tournament in karate-do, Ph. D., Professor M. T. Temirkhanov. There were 4 departments at the faculty: :
1. Department of "Pedagogy". Head of the Department-doctor of medical Sciences, Professor, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Professor A. S. Smanov. The Department of "Pedagogy" has prepared the specialty 5B010200-" pedagogy and methods of primary education", 5B010100 - "preschool education and education".
2. Department of "Psychology". Head of Department-candidate of pedagogic Sciences, senior lecturer K. E. Koichiev. The Department of Psychology has prepared a specialty 5B012300 - "Social pedagogy and self-knowledge".
3. Department of "sports disciplines". Head of the Department-Ph. D., associate Professor Shegenbaev N. B. the Department trains bachelors in the specialty 5B010800 - "Physical culture and sports".
4. Department of "Physical culture". The head of the Department was Ph. D., Professor ordabaev N. O. Services provided by the Department of "physical education".
In July 2011, the decision of the Ministry of education of the Republic of Kazakhstan established the South Kazakhstan state pedagogical Institute.
The faculty of sports and psychology was renamed the faculty of sports and art. The faculty was headed by candidate of pedagogic Sciences, Professor M. T. Temirkhanov. The faculty had 2 departments.
1. Department of "Physical culture and sport". Head of the Department-Ph. D., associate Professor N. B. Shegenbaev. The Department of "physical culture and sport" has prepared bachelors of education in the specialty 5B010800 - "Physical culture and sport".
2. Department of music education and fine arts. Head of the Department-Ph. D., senior lecturer Aripbaeva L. sh. the Department of "music education and fine arts" has prepared bachelors of education in the specialties 5B010700 - "music education", 5B010600 - "Fine arts and drawing".
In 2013, the faculty of "Physical culture and military training"was opened. The Dean of the faculty was candidate of pedagogic Sciences, associate Professor G. Naganov. The faculty of "physical culture and initial military training" prepared bachelors in the following specialties: They:
1. bachelor of education in the specialty 5B010800 - "Physical culture and sports".
2. bachelor of education in the specialty 5B010400 - "Initial military training".
Under the guidance of the head of the Department" physical culture and initial military training "- Ph. D., associate Professor O. Turyskulov prepared a bachelor of education in the specialty "Physical culture and initial military training". Department of "physical culture". Head of Department-candidate of pedagogic Sciences, senior lecturer, associate Professor E. Bitarov.
Since September 2018, the faculty of "Physical culture and sport" was opened, the Dean of the faculty was appointed Ph. D., associate Professor Turyskulov R. Zh. the faculty has two departments.
1. Department of "Physical culture and initial military training". Head of Department-candidate of pedagogic Sciences, acting associate Professor Aspandiyarova.
2. Department of "Physical culture". Head of Department-candidate of pedagogic Sciences, associate Professor E. Bitabarov.
